I am very thrilled that this event is to raise funds and awareness for the American Lung Association. The American Lung Association fights lung disease through education, community service, advocacy and research. Founded in 1904, it is the oldest voluntary health agency in the United States. The American Lung Association works to help those who suffer from lung disease today, and to stop the spread of lung disease tomorrow. The goal of this ride is to raise over $250,000 to help people with lung disease breathe easier.
I am striving to raise a minimum of $5,500 for the lung association, but I don’t want to stop there either. I hope to go above and beyond this minimum fundraising amount. In order to reach this goal, I will need the support and help of people like you to make donations to the American Lung Association in my name, so that this organization can continue its research efforts to save more lives.
The two easiest forms of payment are credit card and checks. If you are using a credit card, you can go to the below address and enter your pledge online. I recommended this method because it is the easiest way to insure that your donation is recorded.
